Do I need to register before placing an order?
You can place an order without registering, but for the convenience of tracking your order information, we recommend you to register an account.
How do I register?
EnterMy Accountpage or click Account button on the top right of Vivaco.cn. Then, fill in your Email and Password as required.
What if I forget my login password?
Don’t worry! If you forget your password, just click “Forgot your password?” link on the “Login” page and input your email, then you will receive a password reset email .
What if I cannot login to my account?
Check your login details carefully. Please make sure that the email address is the same one you used for registration and the password is correct. And ensure that your web browser accepts cookies. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact us to solve your problems.

How to choose the clothes sizes?
We do recommend you take a careful look at the size chart on each product’s page and refer to the detailed measurements to get a suitable size, because sizes vary among our items.
Can I remove item from the shopping cart?
Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item any more.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of purchase.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 5 to 15 working days.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
What’s my tracking number?
After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included.
What Is Your Return Policy?
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.
